Title: El-Cheapo Bologna and Baked Beans Dinner

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbChunk bologna; chopped into 1/4 inch dice
16ozCan of baked beans
1/4cOnion; chopped
2tsBlackstrap molasses
2tsVinegar
2tsPrepared mustard
2tbKetchup
2tbCanned salsa
1/4tsBlack pepper

Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and stir to mix. Heat gently until the mixture starts to simmer.

Serve on toast or as a baked potato topping.

Serve with a tart accompliment like cole slaw and dill pickles.
